I noticed a white granular substance under my cascalote tree - looked like someone had sprinkled a couple of cups of salt or sugar under the tree. Looked up and found that the white stuff was also on the leaves along with some pinkish little bugs. The bugs don't look like aphids (and this plant has been aphid resistant) - they look more like 1/8" size footballs. I started with a spray of spinosad hoping that would help knock them back some. Any ideas?
