CLOSED: Are these bed bug larvae?

I have found about six of these tiny little bugs in my shower and bathroom. Most of them were dead. They have a red body/shell and a white head. Are they bed bug larvae? I am very worried...

These are spider beetles; basically just nuisance pests.
