These enjoy munching on Rudbeckia, especially Viette's Little Suzy. I hope someone can help with an ID. Thanks

This looks just like a Brachypnoea tristis or an Oval Leaf Beetle. There are over 25,000 different species of Leaf Beetles. They eat common garden plants, but are not known to become pests.
