Help with identifying this little bug

I've found about three of these guys in my apartment (carpet) this week, but this one is by far the biggest. Any help with identifying it would be appreciated - are they something I should be concerned about? I have no idea where they came from.

This is a larder beetle, it’s in the same family (Dermestidae) as carpet beetles; see http://ento.psu.edu/extension/factsheets/larder-beetle for more detailed information, including control recommendations.
