These spiders have bewildered me for years, never bothering me, but leaving me pondering on exactly what type of spiders they are? The brown one may be a Brown recluse and can be seen outside of my house as well as the garden etc. The bigger, scarier looking black spiders, are mostly found in the garage but I have seen them out an about outside. If anyone could help with identifying either one It would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
(note: I took the pictures with my phone so they definitely are not of quality! I will try to take more accurate photos so the spiders can be identified properly, if identification is even possible. In the mean time, what is your best educated guess/opinion?)

These spiders all are of the same species, the southern house spider (Kukulcania hibernalis). The brown ones are males and the black ones females (http://www.spiders.us/image/kukulcania-hibernalis-10/); the males (http://www.carolinanature.com/spiders/spider1280710.jpg) sometimes are mistaken for recluse spiders because of the markings on their cephalothorax.
