CLOSED: An Ischnura??

We have a number of the tiny blue Damsel flies around the garden. I thought they were Ischnura ramburii as that is fairly common down here. I just can't seem to make the pictures agree...most of the images show color bands the length of the body.

Looks to me more like an Argia sp. - see http://www.odolep.com/d_coenagrionidae/Argia_apicalis1.jpg for an example.

Thank you Flap. Blue Dancer, Argia apicalis seems to be fairly common here also.
