CLOSED: What is this insect?

Hi, i'm in Western Washington and I found this guy in between two leaves that were stuck together... his "mouth" looked like it was covered in something super sticky. Thanks!

It's a short-snouted/broad-nosed weevil in the subfamily Entiminae - these weevils typically feed on the margins of leaves, giving the leaves a notched appearance. Their larvae usually are root feeders, and some can be serious pests.

Thank you!! I thought it definitely resembled a weevil, it looked similar to a black one i took a picture of awhile ago. Fortunately this was not in my backyard!
