Found on Magnolia bloom in Central Florida. Thoughts?

Can't see enough in the photo, but it may be either a Wasp Moth or a Grapeleaf Skeletonizer
Looks like a black-winged dahana (Dahana atripennis) - http://www.butterfliesandmoths.org/species/Dahana-atripennis
