I have never peeled any of my varieties of eggplant that I grow. Skins haven't been bad on any. I do love Gretal. Plan to plant more next year and Hansel also. Plus Fairy Tale which is my favorite this year. Ichiban I will also grow again. So I see that I do really like those Asian Eggplants.
New to Growing Eggplants
num num num :) Can't wait to try it, Linda! But I'll have to BUY eggplant! Mine are in a major slump and I don't have the energy to nurture them at the moment.
My eggplants are being slackers also!
