You can click on the map, where they are located...they do not emerge everywhere, there are only cells of them

17 year cicadas
Yeah, now I am itching. What a map and photos to identify them when they emerge.
Still no cicadas here. I mean - not one. Weird.
Same here. Now I miss them.
Not a peep in my area either.
nothing by my house.. I was in Morristown this week and they were all over
Haven't heard one....the tree frogs are making up for them, though.......
Nothing here, either.
If they aren't where I live by now, am I safe?
Yes they would have emerged by now
Yay! I am throwing the cookbook away!
Hahaha!
My cicadas were on the Mayan calendar...
LOL
So, they have come and gone with out a whisper. I am okay with that.
None here. Many in nearby towns.
Andy said they heard some on the Trail. None here
None here and im good with it!!
Ditto!
And may it stay that way.
Well this week we have them out in force. Last time i heard this I had
little toddlers and I said they would be in college when I heard them again.
Are they still around? Haven't heard any.....
Yep still around but not as noisy today with temp near 100 F
There are some different frequencies from different trees. Now
that it's dark, there is quite a chorus.
Uugggghh. Those beady eyes again. My windows are open but no sounds or signs of them here.
Very cute Westies!
Thank you. I adore them.
They are adorable!!
