Weigela hedge?

Here is a picture of a massive Weigela hedge, I think? Looks like WEIGELA, DARK HORSE perhaps from a quick Google search. I liked the foliage and the bloom together and as you can see it is something else as a hedge row.

Wow Paul. Beautiful.
My old noid Weigela bloomed very well this year, which I attributed to pruning in last couple years, and is just on its way out.
