I saw this outside my apartment door, I took couple pictures, it was alive and walking. I don't have idea what this insect is called. Please help me identify it.

Looks like a running crab spider in the genus Tibellus - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tibellus
They are harmless to humans.
