please help identify

Found this guy inside and I've have been searching the interweb and two spiders come up. I have a three year old daught and if its poisenous i need a definite answer.. thanks

This spider is in the family Corinnidae ( ant-mimic spiders) and the genus Castianeira - see http://www.flickr.com/photos/27493347@N03/4899638044/ for an example. Like the vast majority of spiders, they do have venom glands, but their bite is harmless to humans. You may want to review the 'sticky' note on spider bites at the top of this forum.
