Unidentified eggs

I found these eggs in my yard. There are several large spots of them. Like the yard was just sprayed with something black. They are extremely tiny. Please help me identify them.

Are they for sure eggs? Looks almost like aphids in the picture. I don't know, what type of plant are they on, that might help someone ID them.

These look like aphids to me as well. What type of plant are they growing on? Aphids are especially attracted to plants that have been nitrogen fed.
