CLOSED: Orange squishy bug on hibiscus

These bugs are turning up all over my hibiscus plant leaves. The are about 1/4" long. anyone know what it is and how to treat it?

the picture isn't really clear enough for me to know for certain, but i would say it's a late stage lady beetle (right before it becomes an adult). they eat all the bad bugs.

you're lucky to have them, especially on Hibiscus (which are so prone to insect infestation).
