I keep finding these little guys around my room. It's usually about one or two per three months. Of course more in the summer time. From what I can see it's primarily black, with a bit of brown. 6 legs, 2 antennae, and 3 tails...

I think it is your basic silverfish, Lepisma saccharina, but someone else will probably confirm/correct shortly.

Either that or a firebrat - difficult to distinguish from this image.
