Weather In Your Garden #130

Partly cloudy & 45....rain showers for today....

Rain from early last night on. 45 F and the sun is trying to peek out. Snow is almost gone in the neighborhood. Oh, no! That means I'll be hauling soil additives soon. Nobody around at home for slave labor! We have not been very successful in hiring other people's kids because of the size of our hill.

Happy Easter and now April Fools Day - rained over night and melting continues still need the left side of the back to melt before spring cleaning can begin, as i look at the yard the clean up should go quickly as the fall clean up was thorough.

Sunny right now but clouds in the distance....they changed forecast again, now it's supposed to be sunny till Friday...good thing cause kids are home from school this week I don't want to be stuck inside all week

temp up to 52° & now bright sun. DH called for an oil delivery today on Sat night as the tank was down to 1/4. Because for the cold we went though more than usual. So they came this morning.

It was nice late morning, so went to the park with some of the grandies. Their mother was stir crazy since they had been housebound for a week cuz of a stomach bug. We didn't see them for Easter dinner for that reason. Much cooler now and windy.

Went to my friend's house to pick up something, kids were playing outside, then out of nowhere winter blows back in....crazy! so much for coming back and working in the yard

I am so glad the tender shrubs are still covered. It is COLD tonight, having rained earlier. 36 F does not capture the wind chill.

32 now going to 44

27 now only going up to 37 today and windy.

Not too bad, Sunny, with a high near 48. Would rather it be 68!

windy here.. just put a 1/2 a tree in the wood stove

wind seems to have dropped. At least I can't here it whistle any more.

good news is the weatherman said this will be the coldest morning until next fall.. 28 now going to 54

28 here too, high of 54 today also! :) But....I see plenty if 20 & 30's morning still in my future. :(

here that about the temps as well last night - I hope so as the potted jm's will be moved out of the garage this weekend. not worried about the trees, just do not want the pots to crack.

Temp was 54, but windy.....

We got lucky. Temp was up to 60 and not much wind, sunny. Maybe it will become spring.

Still up to 52°. Had to do errands today. Tulips which I planted last fall have the foliage up. I have not done much with them because of deer. We will see if these last.
