STARTING OUR SPRING VEGGIE GARDEN PART 3

Charlotte, NC(Zone 7b)

Solace - I use a turkey baster sometimes to water tender young seedlings. I've also been known to use an eye dropper!

drthor - great trick getting your hubby to eat something good for him. Reminds me when my daughter was young. She didn't like pea soup, but loved cream-of-green soup. It was the same recipe!

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

drthor - love seeing your lettuce - watching the white disappear fast here today, already up to 60°F outside.
First picture - my indoor seedlings
Second picture - more seedlings
Third picture - pushing the season outdoors - 2 ruby lettuce and 10 space hybrid spinach plants were started indoors and planted under plastic before last weekend's snow.

Cybrczch
great job on your seedlings. In my garden I cannot grow Spinach ... but I am content with my lettuce.
Keep posting pictures.

My mom used to make "special" sweet potatoes for my niece -- made out of those little candied baby carrots!

Exciting new plants, nice, Cybrczch!
