What are your Halloween plans?

Villa Rica, GA(Zone 7a)

Well, since I have 3 boys we usually go to the nearby neighborhood and go trick or treating. But since all the "Halloween Scares" that are going around on the news/net, I asked them if they still wanted to go and they decided that they would rather stay home and rent a movie and order pizza. So we are going to have our own little party here at home. I think we will all feel a bit safer all together at home.
I am going to decorate the house and fill up their little pumpkins with lots of candy! so they will have candy and fun without the worries.
What are ya'll gonna do?

Hi Mollybee' We're celebrating as years past, more alert though this year' Nearly 80 degrees/full moon and tons of "eerie leaves"to crunch upon,BOO,lol'HAPPY HALLOWEEEN'

Taking 2 neighbor kids with our 2 and going around the 2mile section out here in the country where we always go. The kids get lots of great candy and pop from the people we know around the area. Ive never taken them into town where I dont know anyone! I feel safer out here!!! Even if the houses are farther apart and we have to get in and out and in and out of the van all night-hey heres yor mask again!!!

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

We spent beggar's night with our friends at their house. Their little guy only turned one in January, so they opted to stay home this year and just pass out candy. They also had a party with all sorts of cool spooky food. I will put pics in my journal, in the same category the pumpkin pictures are in. My friend Amy went all out with her goodies, let me tell you! :o)

Belfield, ND(Zone 4a)

I'm home, sitting here and answering the door once in awhile. We live 6 miles out of town, so we don't get too many trick-or-treaters. 17 year old daughter is getting VERY impatient waiting for her boyfriend to come so they can go to the haunted house in the town 50 miles away. My big brother is the one who puts the haunted house on every year. He has a very warped mind I've decided. I don't go anymore. Too creepy for me. My 13 year old son is in town probably egging the teacher's houses! LOL He said he was trick-or-treating, and the jail hasn't called yet, so maybe he really is! LOL

Brooklet, GA(Zone 8a)

Thjis year we did the same thing as we have done for the past three years. The girls dress up, we buy a new movie (the mummy returns) and fix them a candy bag. We all pile up in our king size bed and get sick on candy and watch the movie. It was great!! Since hubby and I have so much trouble walking now this really works good and the kids seem to love the time together.
