Janet Craig Busted Off

In the hallway of our office building is a nice Janet Craig Dracaena. The base is about 4 inches high and 1 1/2 inches across. There are 3 plants growing off the base. The whole thing stands about 3 ft high.

I walked by it yesterday and saw that one of them had broken off. When I saw today that nobody took care of it I snatched it up!

Now what do I do with it??
