Holy moly! I seem to recall taking a gentle stroll along the riverbank, to let my heart rate get back to normal while a truck took the rafts back to the starting point, not more exertion! Where did all these folks get their energy? Had they been eating Scroggin?

This public place is absolutely amazing.
It's right next to 'Çanada Place' where all the Big Ships leave to go to Alaska.
The entire roof is covered with Lawn.
And the roof is 8 to 10 stories high and sloping.
Can you imagine mowing the Lawn/Roof ?
Just make sure you are sober when you start that Ride-On.

Maybe they have Mountain goats or sheep to "mow" the high roof lawn. I can't remember what country I was in - it could have been Norway - when I saw a goat grazing on the sod roof of a cabin.
It is very common to have Goats on the roof eating grass in Danmark.
Even on the outskirts of KØBENHAVN.

I did take some Pictures from a high rise Hotel of the grass roof.
But it will take some time to find them.
I can vouch for the SubWay in this Picture.
You can see part of the grass roof just behind the ladys head in this Picture.
Did you hear that SubWay had to apologize to its customers recently because it had been selling 11inch "foot longs"?

We looked for Sarah Palin.
But alas, missed her by only a few days.

This is My daily Garden harvest here in Brisvegas.
The 'Snake Beans' have gone ballistic.
They are up to 3 feet long at picking.
I have 8 different kinds of 'Heirloom Tomatoes'.
And the Bees are very busy. (or is that Buzzy ?)
I get around 12 kilos of Honey a month from them.
Much more than the two of us can possibly eat.
Oh, that's a wonderful harvest! I love fresh fruits and veggies, and honey. I'll be on the next plane over - darn, the airport is closed. I'll just feast my eyes.

A week after we came back from Alaska.
We made our way to Lions Gate Bridge and took these Pictures of the Volendam from the Bridge.
While on your voyage, did you visit the ship's bridge, or was it off-limits to passengers?
Totally off limits to tourists.
The closest we got to the Captain was he signed a menu for us.
Got to see the two stone Lyons at the start of the Bridge.
They looked like they were cut/sculpted from Granite ?
This cute little Critter wanted to know why we were taking Pictures of His Bridge.
So I bribed him with some of my Beer.
That sure did the trick and he let us pass.
I had no idea raccoons drank beer, but it would explain the loud parties they have in my garden at night..

At one stage He turned his back on me.
Well!! I thought He was ready to run off.
Then He had the gall to complain about My Foot long Sub. being 1" short.

You do like to live dangerously! Did you know that a skunk can spray both forwards and backwards? To spray forwards, it stands on its front legs, hoists its hindquarters up and over, and sprays over the top of its head. On the other hand, I hear they make wonderful pets - after their scent gland has been removed.
Earlier, I was talking about the Phantom wanting a ransom.
In Papua New Guinea the locals charge you for taking their Picture.
And you know that can cost you up to $10 for ½ a dozen Pictures.
This Guy wanted 10 Kina for one Picture or he would cut Me. Eeeek.
This kind fellow in London, England, let me photograph him and his hawk for free. I'm not sure what kind of hawk it is, because I can't remember if he said it was a Harrier or a Harris's.
