I am confused about a plant name.

On two places on the Internet I found the same plant picture and name-American Dream aquilegia. The common name posted is tickseed but the picture looks very similiar to aster. My problem is that I thought aquilegia was columbine and tickseed is coreopsis.The websites are usaseedstore.com and summerstonenursery.com. Can anybody can solve this mystery plant name for confused me?

The picture (at least on usaseedstore.com--didn't check the other one) is a Coreopsis, and there is a pink-flowered cultivar of Coreopsis called 'American Dream' so that is likely what they're selling. http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/54763/

I would contact the seller & ask

It would not be the first time a human made
an error.

Always better to ask in advance rather than
the hassle of purchasing, planting & later
discovering it was the wrong plant !
