For Christmas I got 100 coast redwood seeds and I have no clue how to germinate them. I've never messed around with conifers before. Are they like normal seeds?
Germinating coast redwood (Sequoia sempervirens)
Try this link http://www.ehow.com/how_12063509_germinate-sequoia-sempervirens-seeds.html Plantfiles states the soil needs to be plenty acid like for Azaleas and Blueberries. Also Zones 8 and 9 were only ones listed.
