This picture was taken from the window, the spider is outside, so it's the underside/belly - the belly looks to be a greyish/light colour while the legs are an orange/light brown type colour.
I live an hour north of Toronto and back on a forested/river area.
Just curious what type of spider this is and I assume it's not dangerous but you never know..

Orb weaving spider spider likely in genus Araneus. All orb weavers are harmless to humans.
