Red and underlined????

What is up with all this phrases or specific areas getting posted in red or being underlined??? Can someone please explain what is going on??

Okay, one thing I discovered is that when I hit one of the red underlined words or phrase a advertisement pops up.
I hate this, How can I remove it?

Not sure what happened but I deleted a game that accidentally was installed and it all went away.
