My garden club toured a property on which the owners grow over 200 different types of trees, specializing in evergreens. Every single tree is permanently labelled except for this one. The owners weren't sure of its name, but thought it might be a Norway Spruce, Picea abies. It stands about 20 feet tall. I told the owners I would post it on this forum and let them know if anyone can pin down a positive ID. Thanks for looking.
Is this a Norway Spruce?
Yes, Norway Spruce. A more pendulous individual than the average - nice specimen!

Thank you so much. I'll let the owners know that their ID was correct.
Reminds me very much of Picea abies 'Cincinnata' http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/140214/ that I photographed a number of years ago.
This one was in Ohio, so the 'Cincinnata' cultivar makes sense.
lol, didn't even think of that
