CLOSED: Spider with more than 8 legs??

Hi a freind off mine found this spider near his front door, just wondered if any one knows wot the hell it is as it seems to have a lot more than 8 legs and is huge !

It's a house spider in the genus Tegenaria; the 'extra' legs are just shadows...
