I googled for photos of lacewings, but don't see anywhere that mention these type of bug has claws-like front legs like those of Praying Mantis. What's are they? I capture a brief video of the intriguing looking thing will upload to utube in the near future.

Its a Mantisfly or Mantispid, perhaps Zeugomantispa minuta.
I've never seen one of these before. How neat. Share you pics in BugFiles?
