Insect ID: Marmalade Hoverfly or not

I see this type of insect on my shrubs a lot, but mostly on my Hibiscus. Is it a Marmalade Hoverfly or not?

Not a hover fly at all; it's a long-legged fly in the family Dolichopodidae - http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/image/33033766
They are general predators on other small arthropods.
