Help identifying my spider buddy

Can someone tell me what kind he is? Just showed up bout 2 weeks ago, and set up shop from my mailbox to the gutters. Rebuilds that big 'ol web daily. Named him peter.

He is a she and you should keep that name...it's cute. Orbweaver but not sure which. Can you get a clearer picture?

Here are two more pics. Best pics I could do. They are CRYSTAL CLEAR on my computer, but when I upload them they lose some crispness. The close up I think came out well, the other one was to show his web. Thanks for any and all help!

Looks like Neoscona crucifer, a very widespread species.
