Hi,

I just relocated a spider from our entry way to the brush next door, and was wondering what kind of spider it was. I'm located in San Diego, California.

Looks like a Neoscona crucifer, a very common orb weaver - http://faculty.ucr.edu/~chappell/INW/arthropods/neoscona2.jpg
