Please Identify Spider - like noting I have seen before

Hi

This spider turned up in my brothers Car while his girlfriend was driving. It was big (a few inches) and moved very quickly.
We think it must be foreign, maybe a mouse spider.
Can anyone identify it?

It appears to be in the family Amaurobiidae (hackle mesh weavers); not dangerous.
