found in north end of sacramento its about 2 1/2 inches across

thank you for your answers we are doing a construction project at sacramento airport and an employee came to me with this picture . the spider was on his leg at first and we are not famillar with spiders so one of this size raises a concern so thank you again for your reply. and yes the spider is safe it ran into a well protected area.
