I have a friend in AZ that wants to start some of the Acacia Tortlis, Umbrella Tree, from seed. He asked for information on how to proceed. I was unfamiliar to this tree as it surely does not grow in my zone 6 area.

If anyone has any information or experience germinating this seed, please share your knowledge.

I am going to post this on a couple of forums. Sometimes someone knows something about a subject, but did not read the correct forum.
