CLOSED: could someone please help identify this spider?

it is as big as the palm of my hand, its web is made in a zig zag pattern, yellow shiny belly, legs are brown at body, black at tips, should i relocate it or leave it alone i have 4 small children an afraid that it could be poisonous an bite one of them *please help*

Almost all spiders are venomous. This is an Orbweaver, Argiope aurantia, known as Black and Yellow Argiope or Writing Spider because of that zigzag. This one is beneficial and harmless.
