has anybody ever started a sansevieria masoniana from seed.. nothing seeds to be workin...

I looked in plantfiles and here is what it said about propagating this plant:
By dividing rhizomes, tubers, corms or bulbs (including offsets)
There were numerous pictures of them in there, but some were solid green and some were variegated. What does the one you are trying look like? Do you have a picture you can post here?
