Found about 20 of these insects in the soil of my Bodhi tree after moving it outside a few weeks ago. I was flushing the soil and out they scurried. The tree has been dropping leaves the last few days and they have looked chloriotic. The entire time I have had it indoors under artificial light, it has done beautifully and rarely dropped a single leaf. I am not sure if the change in conditions or these bugs are responsible for the decline in the tree. The bugs are 1/16" to 1/8" long and move relatively fast for their size.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Need an ID please.
Looks like a nymph of a cockroach, but uncertain as to species.
