This is a larva of a lacewing (Neuroptera: Chrysopidae); general predators on other small arthropods such as aphids and caterpillars, and thus usually considered beneficial. For unknown reasons, they will 'sample' human skin should they encounter it, but their bite is harmless.
Thanks. We weren't and it bite our 9month old. Glad it's harmless
