Looks like a least skipper - http://www.butterfliesandmoths.org/species/Ancyloxypha-numitor
but there are other similar species - http://www.butterfliesandmoths.org/species/Poanes-zabulon for an example.

Am not expert in this group (grass skippers), so hesitate to be 100% certain.
