CLOSED: CLOSED: Margined Blister Beetle?

I found this beetle and about a dozen of its relatives defoliating two pots of Anemones this morning. Before dispatching this last one I took its picture. Think it is a Margined Blister Beetle, but would like verification. Thanks.

Most likely - other Epicauta with a similar appearance are western species.
