Hi, I keep seeing these and I have no idea what it is. I have a new baby and I'm concerned to find out what they are and if they bite. Thanks in advance for your help!

It's a spider beetle, a harmless nuisance pest. http://ento.psu.edu/extension/factsheets/spider-beetles
I've been looking at spider beetle pictures and they look very similar, but mine doesn't seem to have any red in it. I'm mostly worried its some kind of tick as I recently was diagnosed with Lyme Disease (I live in the city though and think I got it elsewhere).
I can give you 100% assurance that your specimen is a spider beetle and not a tick. Insects, like humans, can exhibit considerable individual variation, so it is not surprising that a casual Google search would not find an exact match.
Thanks very much for your help, makes me feel much better about the situation :)
Since Ticks are in the Arachnida Class, they would not have antennae.
