Something eating all of my Baptisias

Something about an inch long with lots of feet, yellow and black, about 1/8 of an inch wide. ALL of the foliage on all of my baptisias is gone. There are little webs all over and the plants are crawling with these worms.... Should I cut down the stalks and burn them? I don't want this ravenous creature to spread. Will the plants survive?
