Hey all, got these flying around the bakery in the basement. They dont seem to bite but I want to find out what they are, thanks in advance!.
What bug is this? A flying earwig? (from BC, Canada)
Wasp in family Braconidae, parasitic on other insects.

So it's not parasitic on humans at all, what so ever?.

I know this looks weird quoting myself but I just want to add that my boss was bitten by this Wasp and his arm became swollen. I think they only will do this if you bother them, like any other wasps. This is all I know though from my experience, for anyone else that has found this thing flying around. We have tons of them flying around our workplace.
