CLOSED: Here's the other dragonfly I need someone to ID.

Columbus, GA(Zone 8a)

It would land, but not stay, on the imprompto coat hanger perch the brown one sat on for a while - by that time maybe the coat hanger was too hot. So, I cut me a piece of tea olive branch tip and it landed on that - and stayed. There were two-three of these kinds flying around. In the sunlight they have one bright white band per wing. In my pic, it comes off as a pearl white color, but in the sun it is really BRIGHT white.

Anyone know what this dragonfly is?

Thanks,
Hack

Perhaps a Widow Skimmer, Libellula luctuosa

Thanks kwanjin, looks like you nailed it.

I found another pic of a Widow Skimmer and I think it confirms it.
