What is this spider that bit my husband in West Virginia?

Hi, my husband was out moving some old wood around in the backyard when he was bit by this gross thing. Anyone know what it is or if I need to be worried? It hurts and is swelling up already.

Can't see the eyes well enough to tell for sure but it could be a Wolf Spider or a Nursery Web Spider.
