Getting some t-storms now. Looked scary when we were food shopping. We hit 99.6 before the storms. Now 81.

A cooler 83 today, severe thunderstorms to the north of us last night, not a drop here.

I was hot at work today and I usually freeze.

How are the kids and Leah, Deb?

All good, going to meet them at the local firemans carnival for some clams and a beer. A cousin told me I've been glowing since becoming a grandmother. Even Dave comments how my voice changes when I talk about Leah.

Oh, yeah, the grandma voice! Until one deals with the 2 year olds...or the 4 year old who acts like a two year old!

Randy picked up a chicken from A&P.. good enough for me

Well I got my Leah fix, held her for a few hours which she slept most of but did wake up the last few minutes. Dave held her for the first time tonight too. She is 3 months old today, and is outgrowing her newborn clothes. So sweet.

How did she like the clams?? ^_^

Heehee. We ate 8 dozen between 4 of us. Played blackjack, I was holding her, and cheering, but she didn't mind. It was a fun night.

shame the humidity is still at 88%.. 70 out there.. but not opening the windows just yet
