mid 90's and high humidity. has some storms come through tonight, cooled things off a little

64 and humid this morning, the humidity is @ 100 % at the moment. High of 75 with 79% humidity for the day.

78 now humidity is 76%.. Going to 92.. Sitting out while I can stand it

had a thunder storm roll through this am. got 0.8" of rain. now it's 75 and the humidity is rising.

the oriel is messing with me!!!.. didn't come in the yard today.. maybe I am a bit too bored

Some really cool lightning last night. Tried to catch some with the camera but most were blurry since it was hand-held.

Yesterday on our drive through Nebraska we saw 105 on the car thermometer. We watched a storm a brewing. Kinda scary looking. It poured and the wind blew. The temp dropped to 77 then as we moved out of it it rose back up to 92. have never seen such a sharp fluctuation in such a short amount of time.

Today, as we headed away from Mt. Rushmore we ran into another storm. The plan was to camp tonight ,but the storm changed that idea. We found a quaint little motel in Buffalo, Wyoming. There are different sized cabins or even a teepee if you aRe so inclined. We stopped for dinner when we realized we weren't going to be tenting it, so I looked online for a place to sleep. The reviews for it were good so for $55 we have our own little cabin. Reminds me of old motels from the fifties or sixties. Kinda fun.
It was 67 when we pulled in for the night. The high we saw today was 99.

Only made it to mid 80s yesterday, but supposed to be 90 today, with more humidity.....Jan, the weather sounds very wild out there! A former neighbor of mine now lives in Story, Wyoming....

Not looking forward to today and tomorrow's heat
Glad I was inside all day yesterday felt good last night though, spent day at Crayloa factory and then saw some more fireworks

Went to Trenton Thunder game on the 4th, it was so nasty and sticky and then they had fireworks, rain started the very second the fireworks ended and then the storms fireworks started. I've never seen non stop lightning like that and then had a couple downpours after midnight...we need the rain

87 goingup to 97. heat index is supposed to be 104, yuck!

90 once again. Humidity 46%. Tomorrow forecast high is upper 90's with more humidity.

Still upper 80s here, but a short walk with Suey....I'm still coughing...worked outside for about a 1/2 hour this morning, but too hot right now.....

Going to be 84 again today but the humidity is leaving thank goodness!
Have 3 pools set up for the grandkids in various sizes with umbrellas over each one. Got my bottle of WATER BABIES SPF 50 too so no one gets sunburned. Today is going to be a day full of love, fun & food!! ^_^ ^_^ ^_^

Forecast is calling for 103, not sure what the heat index will be. We have a picnic to go to, can't imagine it's going to be fun :(

Never hit 90 here....was in the high 80s, but then had a shower & now it's just 80.....

oh no.. south & central Jersey got whacked bad last night.. lots of power outages.. and a woman died on the edge of the beach
