found this on my couch....(it was already dead).....I am very anxious and generally am very scared of bugs but even more so now because coming off benzos after a longs time so I always have the feeling of "bugs" crawling on me, but I have never seen a bug like this, and I think (but don't know) it may have fallen out of my hair. Any ideas? TIA
