I saw this little guy crawling around and wanted to learn more about him. I can't seem to find a similar looking caterpillar anywhere though.

Caterpillar ID
This could be a Comma (Polygonia comma). They are highly variable in color across their range. I've never seen one quite like this, but they are known for having numerous spines on the head and broad dorsal scoli (branching spines) with black tips. Wagner says that its foodplants are nettles, hops and elms, and that they often reside in loose shelter fashioned by folding under the edges of a single leaf.
I'm not 100% certain about this ID, it's just my best guess. Beautiful pictures! Here's one I found that comes close.
