please identify this spider and is is poisonous?

Found this spider in Vero Beach FL and there are quite a few of these around a house that we are renting. It apears to have two dots then an orange marking on the belly.

Probably an Orchard Orbweaver (Leucauge venusta). Nearly every spider in the world is venomous, including this one. Is it dangerous to humans? Not in the least. There are so very few that are (and none in North America that build orb webs). Please review the "sticky" thread about spider bites that remains at the top of the list in this forum.
